California Chassis sets the industry standard for telecommunications and network operations center equipment racks, offering 19" and 23" standard, seismic, and overhead ladder rack assemblies. With the introduction of the RackBilt line of products developed to serve a broad range of data center and IT infrastructure deployments, we support one of the largest lists of standard accessories and options used in the industry. California Chassis is also a leading manufacturer of enclosures for the traffic and transportation industry; we fabricate outdoor enclosures to suit a variety of NEMA and battery backup needs.

California Chassis is a fully integrated ISO-9001:2000 quality-driven manufacturer and an AS9100 B-certified aerospace industry supplier, encompassing engineering, custom sheet metal fabrication, NEMA enclosures, and electrical equipment rack assemblies. California Chassis is also registered as an International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR) Part 122 manufacturer of defense equipment.

California Chassis uses state-of-the-art production equipment, like the (Computer Aided Design) CAD-based Amada EMK3610NT Servo-Electric turret punch press for its high-productivity approach to performing typical punch press functions - contouring, deburring, slotting, marking, and forming. Using this and other advanced sheet metal fabricating systems increases California Chassis' productivity, but also reduces the need for secondary finishing operations, which in turn provides our customers with the most cost-effective quality products available on the market.
